The Homeschool link below will bring you to the Maine Department of Education's website. There you can submit the homeschool application via the NEO Portal (or to download the new paper copy which replaces the old Intent to Homeschool and Subsequent Letter applications as they are now one form). The on-line NEO application will go directly to both the Maine Department of Education AND the local Superintendent of Schools for processing, no need to also send a paper set to each.
